Winter Off-season Tariff – May to October

Single Continental B&B from $30 - $80; Cooked B&B add $10.
Double Continental B&B from $80 - $100; Double Cooked B&B $120.
Extra Bed in room from $10 -$40

Summer Peak Tariff – November to April

Single Continental B&B from $40 - $100; Cooked Breakfast add $15.
Double Continental B&B from $90 - $120; Double Cooked B&B $140 -$150
Extra Bed in room from $10 -$40

The Frederick Ongley Room
Named for the first owner of Federation House who was a lawyer and judge. On the ground floor, this room has all day sun and an excellent view.

The George Gillies Room
Named for the second owner who was a businessman and industrialist and bought the property in 1934, this spacious ground floor room faces the harbour and receives the morning sun.

The Bessie Clark Room
Named after the third owner who was a retired farmer and purchased the property in 1987, this large upstairs room has the best view and receives all day sun. It can be combined into a suite with a further one or two rooms.

The Rodger McCaw Room
Named after the fifth and present owner, who was a farmer and is a jack of all trades and master of none, who bought the shares in the property in 1988, from his two brothers, who are all the Grandsons of Bessie Clark, this medium-sized upstairs room with morning sun and harbour view.

	Amenities include: King / twin bed, single bed TV microwave Electric jug, tea and coffee	table wardrobe and drawers shared toilet and bathroom
	Rates: single - $70, single with cooked breakfast - $85, double with continental breakfast - $100, double with cooked gourmet breakfast - $120

The Richard McCaw Room
Named after one of the fourth owners who was a farmer and is a butcher, this smaller upstairs room enjoys late afternoon sun and an urban view.

	Amenities include: King / twin bed TV desk	drawers wardrobe shared toilet and bathroom
	Rates: single - $60, single with cooked breakfast - $90, double with continental breakfast - $90, double with cooked gourmet breakfast - $110

The Terry McCaw Cabin
Named after one of the fourth owners who was a farmer and shearer, this fully self contained tourist cabin has a view of the harbour and town and gets all day sun. It is ideal for a family or a group of travellers.

	Amenities include: Two double bunks Three single bunks ensuite toilet/shower/handbasin Kitchen
	Rates: Single - $30-$40; Double - $80; Family - $100 - $150

Advance deposit & cancellation policy

A 25% Deposit will secure your booking with payment by credit card or cheque. If a cancellation is made before 7 days of due arrival and if the room is able to be rebooked, a 25% fee applies. If a guest cancels within 48 hours of due arrival or there is a "No Show", a 100% cancellation fee applies and Federation House will debit your card the cost of booking quoted.
